What is the delivery cost on a Puma Bikes?
All PUMA Bikes sold on www.puma-bikes.com are delivered to you free of charge.
Is the PUMA bike ready for use when I receive it?
The bike is shipped in a box, 92% assembled. If you choose to have it delivered at your home address, you have to assemble it yourself. If you choose to have it delivered to a bike shop, please provide their shipping address at check out and notify them prior to arrange for assembly. Assembly costs are subject to the dealer's labor rates are not covered in the cost of the bicycle.
How do I assemble the PUMA Bike if I buy it online and receive it at home?
The bike is shipped in at box, 92% assembled. Please follow the assembly guide located in the box. Additional assembly guides and videos can be seen and downloaded at www.puma-bikes.com
Where can I buy accessories?
Your local PUMA Bike Service Partner or Dealer will have lots of accessories to choose from. For more PUMA related products, please see www.puma.com.
Where can I get my PUMA Bike serviced?
Most bike dealers around the world can service your bike. Please go to dealer locator to find a PUMA Bikes Service Partner or Dealer.
Who designed the PUMA Bikes?
PUMA and Biomega have signed a license agreement allowing Biomega to design the PUMA Bikes.
Who produces the PUMA Bikes?
Biomega (www.biomega.com) designs, develops, and manufacture the bikes for PUMA. Biomega has an exclusive license contract with PUMA for the bikes and is the only licensed manufacturer for the PUMA Bikes. Biomega carries the guarantee obligations for the bikes.
What if I have problems assembling my new PUMA Bike at home?
If you bought the bike in the web shop and had it delivered at your home, please contact info@puma-bikes.com.
What if I have problems with my new PUMA Bike?
If your bike was delivered to a Dealer please contact your Dealer for advice. Typically, the Dealer can answer most questions and help you with adjustments if needed. If the Dealer is not able to help, please contact Biomega at info@puma-bikes.com.
How do I maintain my PUMA Bike?

Where can I purchase spare parts?
Most bike dealers around the world have all of the basic spare parts needed for your PUMA Bike. If you have problems finding spare parts, please send your request to info@puma-bikes.com.

How do I find Biomega and their products?
Please find all product information and Dealer Locations at www.biomega.com.
What is your delivery time?
Depending on where you live, we normally send within 2-7 days from receiving your order, provided the requested bike is in stock. Assembly of the bikes is up to the individual Service Partner or Dealer. We normally ship by DB Schenker. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a track & trace number, so you can follow the bike’s way to you. Remember: your PUMA Bike is shipped at no extra cost to you.
VAT & Sales Tax
In Europe, the PUMA Bikes are sold with German VAT (19%). In the US, we will add sales tax to the price of the bike, depending on the state you live in.
Is it safe to buy online?
Yes. All payments via puma-bikes.com occur on an ePay SSL secured server. ePay is an approved payment software provider and cleared by Visa/MasterCard and it meets all safety requirements prescribed. All communication to and from ePay goes via an encrypted connection to protection your personal data.
Puma-bikes.com accepts: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and PayPal.
Puma-bikes.com payment transactions are 3-D secured by “Verified by VISA” and “MasterCard secure code.”
PayPal enables you to pay for your order directly without having to provide your bank details over the Internet. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential data with the help of the best technology available on the market.
Payment with Credit Card
When you pay with credit card or PayPal, we will add the service fee to you payment. We only add the fee that we are obliged to pay to the credit card companies. If you want to avoid this fee, you can wire the money to us, but then we will delay shipment until we receive your money. We realize that this may be an extra cost to you, but it will be small, and please remember that there is no cost for shipping the bike.
What is the warranty on the PUMA Bike?
PUMA Bikes have a guarantee of two years on parts, and five years on the alloy frame. The warranty does not cover problems, damage or failure due to the following: Crashes, abuse, wear and tear, misuse, trick or extreme riding, inappropriate maintenance and/or poor handling. Please see our sales conditions for all details. If you believe something covered by the warranty is wrong, please see a PUMA Bike Service Partner or Dealer initially so they can assess the problem.
